Curtiss JN-4 (“Jenny”) Propeller

This propeller for the Curtiss Jenny is made of laminated cherry wood with copper caps. During World War I, his quartermaster gave Estell Rorick an “unordered and unneeded” propeller he'd received. It hung in Rorick's home at The Dalles, Oregon, for many years until he donated it to the Horner museum.
